2024 Events Schedule (as of 11/9/24)

Below is a listing of what is happening on each day of the Festival:

NOVEMBER 29: 5-8pm

Opening Night – The Festival kicks off at 5pm!
Candlelight Tour of the John Ward House: 6-7:30pm

NOVEMBER 30: 10am-8pm

FAMILY DAY: 10am-4pm
Coloring and fun crafts for the kids, plus a visit from Santa
between 2 and 4pm! 

Holiday Concert featuring Emily Forisso: 6:30-7:30pm

Local musician Emily Forisso sings a variety of Holiday favorites!

Light refreshments will be served.

                       

DECEMBER 1: 11am-5pm

VETERANS & FIRST RESPONDERS APPRECIATION DAY

Free admission for all veterans and first responders with ID!

Family members receive discounted admission.

Greater Haverhill Art Association Art Demonstrations:

12-4:30pm

 

DECEMBER 2 - 3: CLOSED

DECEMBER 4: 12-8pm

Ugly Holiday Sweater Night: 5-8pm

Wear your ugliest holiday sweater and get half-price admission!

Holiday Carolers: 6:30-8pm

View the trees and wreaths while listening to Christmas Carols performed LIVE throughout the museum.

 

DECVEMBER 5: 12-8pm

Children’s Scavenger Hunt All Day!

DECEMBER 6: 10am-8pm

SENIOR DAY – $1 OFF Admission

Senior Tea Party: 12pm-2pm 

Featuring the Comedy Masque Review from 12-1pm!

Nostalgia Christmas at the Buttonwoods:  All Day

Enjoy timeless classic radio shows from holidays past.

Candlelight Tour of the John Ward House:  6-7:30pm

DECEMBER 7: 10am-8pm

FAMILY DAY: 10am-3pm
Coloring and fun crafts for the kids, plus a visit from Santa
between 1pm and 3pm!

Festival is open from 10am-3pm. Doors re-open at 6pm. 

HOLIDAY JUBILATION: 6-8pm

Featuring live music and a delicious buffet! The cost is only $15 each (Includes admission, music from Currier Square & buffet).

DECEMBER 8: 11am-5pm

Greater Haverhill Art Association art demos: 12-4:30pm

HOLIDAY CONCERT: 1-2:30pm

Featuring local band Currier Square! Light refreshments served. 

DECEMBER 9:  CLOSED

DECEMBER 10: 5-8pm

Live Poetry Reading: 6-7:30pm

Local resident Ian Davidson will delight us with his visually and whimsical based nature original poetry. Topics include birds, animals, mountains, weather, seasons and sea. No deep thinking required. We all have imaginations. In his free time Ian enjoys hiking and kayaking.

 

DECEMBER 11: 12-8pm

LADIES / EDUCATORS NIGHT:  3-8pm

Adult Ladies and Educators pay only $5 each and senior ladies pay only $3 each! Enjoy some shopping from local vendors and crafters, plus a visit from Santa!

 

DECEMBER 12: 12-8pm

DECEMBER 15: 11am-5pm (Final Day)

This is your last chance to get raffle tickets for your favorite tree!

Greater Haverhill Art Association art demos: 12-4:30pm

Holiday Artisan Fair: 11am-3pm 

Featuring live music from Phil Cosgrove! Light refreshments served.

Raffle and Silent Auction winners will be notified by phone after 6pm on the final day of the Festival.
