Since 2001, many generous people have donated their time, money and other items to help make our Festival of Trees successful in raising much needed funds for the Buttonwoods Museum. Below are some ways you can join them in helping raise money for the museum.

 

VOLUNTEER

There are numerous ways you can volunteer to help at the

Festival like decorating the museum, working one or more

days at the Festival, and helping with the clean-up and

taking down decorations at the end of the Festival. Just

click on this link to download a volunteer form, complete

it and return it to the Buttonwoods Museum.

 

DONATE

You can donate a decorated tree, wreath, centerpiece, or

even an item for the silent auction. Please click on this link

to download a registration form, complete it and bring it

with you when you deliver your donation. You may also

donate food and materials that will be used on our special

event days and nights.

 

ADVERTISE

There is an opportunity to advertise in our program book.

Why not help a great cause and get additional exposure

for your business?! Full page ads cost $100, half page ads

are $50, and business card ads are $35 each. Please click

SPONSORSHIP

Gain even more exposure for your business by becoming a corporate sponsor of Festival of Trees and help support the Museum! There are four different levels from which to choose:

 

Snowman Level: $150-$249 - This level entitles you to a

listing on the Festival website, your name/logo displayed at

the Festival and a full page ad in the Festival program.

 

Reindeer Level: $250-$499 - The Reindeer level entitles

you to 2 FREE tickets to the Festival, a listing on the Festival

website, your name/logo displayed at the Festival and a

full page ad in the Festival program.

 

Elves Level: $500-$999 - At the Elves level you will receive

4 tickets to the Festival, a listing on our Festival website,

your name/logo on all marketing/promotional materials

for the Festival, your name/logo displayed at the Festival,

a full page ad in the Festival program.

 

Santa Level: $1,000+ - Finally, at the Santa level you will receive 6 FREE tickets to the Festival,

a listing on our Festival website, your name/logo on all marketing/promotional materials for the Festival, your name/logo displayed at the Festival, a full page ad in the Festival program and 

you’ll receive a complimentary 1 year corporate membership which offers free and discounted admission to all museum events, along with discounts in the museum gift shop.
